Your session, your goals
We want every visit to feel clear and comfortable from the moment you book. Here's what to expect when you come in.
Your full session is hands-on
The time you book is the time you receive in treatment. Book 60 minutes and you get 60 minutes of hands-on work, not 50. For a 60-minute appointment, plan on about 75 minutes at the clinic.
Time for you, beyond your treatment
We intentionally build extra time into every appointment for a brief assessment and goal setting with your therapist, for today's session and beyond. It's how we customize your care, and it's one of the things that sets us apart.
Your therapist
We always do our best to keep you with the therapist you booked. Occasionally, schedule changes, illness, or other circumstances outside our control mean another member of our team will treat you instead. This keeps your appointments on schedule and, for medical patients, keeps your care consistent with your physician's orders.

Insurance and claims
- Private health insurance is accepted case by case, with pre-approval from your insurer stating they will pay our clinic. Ask us and we'll help you check.
- Auto injury and personal injury claims are accepted.
- Attorney liens may be accepted with approval.
We are not currently able to accept Medicare, Medicaid, or Partnership HealthPlan.
Medical massage
For workers' compensation, auto injury, and personal injury cases, your treatment is guided by your physician's prescription.
- Initial appointments are up to 90 minutes: 60 minutes of treatment and 30 minutes for intake and follow-up.
- Follow-up appointments include 30 minutes of treatment and up to 20 minutes for intake and follow-up.
- Workers' comp claims must be sent to our office by your physician or insurance company before we can schedule your appointments.
- Medical massage focuses on your diagnosis. We treat only the areas prescribed by your physician and approved by your insurance company.
Cancellation policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and our therapists plan their days around it. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so another client or patient can use that time.
Out-of-pocket appointments
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments, are charged the full session fee.
Medical and insurance appointments
We can't charge a fee for missed insurance appointments, but last-minute cancellations still leave an open spot another patient could have used, and they affect our therapists' schedules. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.
Repeated late cancellations
If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed, more than three times within one year, future appointments may be limited to same-day booking only.
